this program?
1. Set up a budget for this event that will cover:
- The cost of the discounted dollars.
- The advertising of the project.
- Printing charges of the “Downtown Dollar” currency
and posters.
- The fee for Roy Prevost plus travel and accommodation.
2. Provide Roy Prevost with the following:
- Names of the local media who could promote this event.
- A meeting room to launch the program to the Business Improvement Association members/merchants.
- A financial institution or institutions who will transact the
“Downtown Dollars” within the community.
